1. Where do I put my employee number when checking out?

Your 6 digit employee number will go into the comment box. Please see "Placing an Order" found at the top of the page.

2. Where is the store located?

The 1906 Employee Store is located at Cox South in the Tunnel.

From the West Pavilion or West Tower take the stairs or elevator by the Surgery Waiting area (ground floor) we are right off these to the left.

From the North Entrance (main entrance) take the stairs/elevator to the tunnel and follow the signs.

3. Do I have to pay with payroll deduction?

Yes. Payroll deduction is the only form of payment offered online. You can purchase in store with Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

4. Is there a minimum to do payroll deduction?

No. While we do not have a minimum for payroll deduction our maximum is $200 per pay period. Please see "1906 Payroll Deduction Policy" found at the bottom of the page.

5.What do need to have to make a purchase?

Your required to have your CoxHealth ID for all purchases regardless of payment type.

6.What are the stores hours?

The store is open Monday - Friday 7-5:30pm. We are closed 11-12pm on Wednesday & Friday.

7. I work at Oxford Healthcare can I payroll deduct?

We cannot process payroll deduction for Oxford employees at this time you can still purchase in store with Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
